4. Account & Password

• Sharing your account credentials.

Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate termination of your account, and no refund will be issued.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, AwkngTV IPTV does not host, store, or produce any content. We enable access to existing online streams. It is the User’s duty to avoid copyright infringement in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is offered "as is" with no warranties. We cannot ensure 100% uptime or guarantee the availability of all channels at all times. AwkngTV IPTV will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We hold the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice at any time for behavior that breaches these Terms & Conditions or negatively impacts our Service or other users.
